To run a modern club operating system, Kenectic processes a small set of information about clubs and the people connected to them.

• Member profiles — name, role within the club, contact details and any preferences shared during onboarding.
• Family connections — relationships between parents, guardians and junior members, where required for safeguarding and communication.
• Club operations — fixtures, attendance, training availability, volunteer rotas and other day-to-day club information.
• Communications — messages, posts and notifications sent through the platform.
• Technical data — device type, browser and basic usage signals required to keep the service reliable.

Kenectic uses information only to deliver the service the club has asked for. In practice, this means:

• Coordinating training, fixtures and matchday logistics across the club.
• Helping coaches and admins communicate calmly with players and families.
• Surfacing the club's pulse — attendance trends, member milestones, operational health.
• Supporting the club's chosen modules — payments, volunteers, academy pathways, club shop and more.
• Keeping the platform secure, performant and improving over time.

We do not sell information to third parties, and we do not use member data for advertising.

Each club acts as the data controller for the information held within its own Kenectic environment. Clubs decide who is invited, what roles they hold, and what information is shared with members.

Kenectic acts as the data processor — providing the secure infrastructure, storage and tooling that clubs use to manage their community.

Members, parents and guardians are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and for using Kenectic respectfully within their club's culture and code of conduct.

Information shared inside the club — posts, messages, photos — is visible to the audience the club has configured. Please be considerate of teammates, families and volunteers when posting.

Safeguarding is built into the foundations of Kenectic. Junior members are always linked to a parent or guardian account, and communications involving young people follow the club's safeguarding protocols.

Coaches and volunteers should never contact junior members privately outside of Kenectic's monitored channels. If a safeguarding concern arises, contact the club's designated safeguarding lead and, where appropriate, the relevant external authority.

Members can manage their notification preferences — push, email and in-app — at any time inside their account. Essential operational notifications (such as fixture changes or safeguarding messages) may always be delivered to ensure the club can run safely.

Kenectic data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure within the UK and EU. Access is strictly limited to authorised members of the Kenectic team for the purposes of operating, supporting and improving the platform.

We follow industry best practices for backups, monitoring and incident response. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we treat any potential issue with the seriousness it deserves.

You have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information. Most of these actions can be carried out from inside your Kenectic account, or by asking your club admin.
